Regular Visits at Holdom Chiropractic

After the investment of time needed on the first and second visits, many patients become concerned that every visit will be of equal length.  The first two visits take time because first we are finding what the issues are with the member.  Then on the second visit we are trying to explain to the member what we found and the type of care plan we will be putting the member on.

Your time is important to Us

Avoid relapse with regular visits. On a regular visit after the first two the visit will not be longer then ten minutes by the time the member walks in through the doors and then back out.

But don’t think the brevity of a regular visit lessens its value! With the groundwork laid, we can quickly size up the condition of your spine and nervous system, adjust you and get you on your way.

Building on the Adjustments

Like a regular workout at the gym, each visit builds on the ones before. Miss a visit and you can lose the momentum necessary to make the needed changes.

We recognize your time is valuable. So we do everything possible to run on time and minimize the impact on your busy life.

Dr Ron Asks some important questions of interest to Burnaby residents - Chiropractor Burnaby Dr Ron Asks...

Will chiropractic adjustments make my spine too loose?
No. Only the spinal joints that are fixated and "locked up" receive attention. The occasional spinal joint that moves too much is passed over so weakened muscles and ligaments can strengthen and heal.
Why do so many drugs require a prescription?
Because they can be dangerous? I chose a chiropractic career specifically because it avoids artificial means of pain relief. Our Burnaby chiropractic practice attracts health-conscious families that prefer a safe and natural solution. Ready to get started? Call our office today.
